Why am I experiencing problems downloading the files?

You could be experiencing problems for various reasons:

  • Your phone line connection could be experiencing transmission problems;
  • Your Internet Service Provider might be experiencing a lot of traffic; or
  • The CCDAC web site might be experiencing a lot of traffic.

Bear in mind that it is not likely that the file on our web site is corrupt. Usually what happens is that the file becomes corrupted during transmission/downloading. You might try downloading the file again at another time and see if that clears up the difficulty.
